The gîte is located in the Aveyron department, on the heights of Decazeville and on the historic route of the path to St-Jacques de Compostela, the famous GR 65!
"Le Mineur Paysan" is of course aimed at pilgrims on the way to St-Jacques de Compostela but also at tourists who wish to visit the region by staying in an unusual and friendly place at the same time.
Pilgrim friends, 19 km after Conques and its famous exit climbing in the undergrowth you will arrive at the miner-peasant’s eco-lodge.
Holiday friends, from the center of Decazeville you will climb two kilometers to recharge your batteries, in peace, and share your evenings, if you wish, with the pilgrims in a spirit of conviviality and openness.
But in all cases, you can dine on the terrace or relax there admiring the landscape.
Unless you prefer to be lulled by a light breeze in the hammocks installed under the oaks where the sheep may come by to say hello.
For those who need to stay connected to the world, the cottage has a TV and wifi.
